Hello Folks,

I have a 7100t that has been doing good up until I bought an after market AC to DC (Car Inverter) plug. I attempted to charge my phone by using my BlackBerry issued AC plug with the after market car adapter. This resulted in the battery not charging at all, both in the car and on a standard AC outlet. The screen still lights up when plugged and shows the lightning bolt to indicate it is "charging". The amber light still comes on when the device is off and "charging", however, 24 hours later it still indicates a 0% charge and goes dead as soon as it is unplugged.

I tried reseating the battery and it still has not worked. Please Help!! Thank you!
