Has a BES issue last night, and had to be deleted/re-added to the server today. Everything seemed to be going fine, until I realized that my messages that were set to forward with Level 1 notification stopped behaving as they should (showing up in bold, different audio alert, etc).
I thought maybe it was an issue with the re-activating, so I went into Options to check, and now it's missing? Am I on crack?
Isn't it Messages > Options > Email filters? I don't even have that as a choice.
Here's what I've done so far:
- Hard Reset
- Re-registered with the network (Host Routing Table)
- Called the BES helpdesk and had the service books re-sent.
- Logged into my BIS and resent THOSE service books...just for giggles.
