Default Can't read incoming mail. Says uncaught exception oosma invalid (5):5 Please help

Please Login to Remove!

When I try to read the mail I get a message that says: Uncaught exception oosma invalid(5):5. Can anyone help me??? Thanks, Susan

Try removing the battery for 30 seconds. This seems to clear up some strange issues.

its from a corrupt 3rd party application. what 3rd party apps do you have?

Thanks for the info, I thought that was all I needed to do. The blackberry belongs to our Principal and she was a little nervous when I suggested for her to remove the battery. I told her she wouldn't lose any data. So after I read your reply I made the Assitant Principal go get her Blackberry so I could remove the battery with out her knowing it. Weird I know. It worked and she was pleased. Thanks again, Susan

its gonna happen agian, uncaught exception errors are caused by third party software, removing the battery does nothing in this case.
