Default Errors on device

Please Login to Remove!

I am getting an error that reads "Supplementay service error: General error". It doesnt seem to be affecting it anyhow, but its just annoying to keep seeing. Seems to only happen when email messages come in and out, but the messages are being delivered. Anybody had this problem before? I saw a couple other topics like this but they didnt have the same error so I dont think the same thing is causing it. Or is it?

That is a new error message for me. Try taking the battery out for 30 seconds. That seems to clear up some of the unusual errors.

Thats the first thing that I always tell my employees whenever the device is acting up. In other words, I've already done that....twice. Maybe I'll just take it out and leave it out for a couple hours and hope for the best. If anybody has any other ideas, I'm all ears. Or eyes in this case....
