Default Improving phone sound

Get a blue tooth, and I promise your listeners will see the improvement. I ride frequently in a hard top jeep, and I drove folks nutty till I got my blue tooth. Plantronics has nice set ups..I would start from there. The berry is worth it, hang in there, and you will soon have a solution for the phone...by the way, that mic which sucks at phone calls, rocks for conference calls....

PS Palm treos are NO BETTER, stay with berry its worth it

My main gripe with the 8700 has always been the ambient noise it picks up. No one can hear me inside a busy shopping mall. Is this just an 8700c thing or have all BBs been like this?

I remember 3 years ago I had a Sanyo phone from Sprint and when I was outside, right in front of a Learjet 35 giving the go ahead to start eingines, the person on the other end coudln't even hear the jet engine but could still hear me perfectly. I miss that.
