I got one blackberry which is 8700g, I tried to connect it to my computer, but the screen turn to be white and the phone became no response.
when i do thing above I have my computer installed desktop software version 4.1.
After that I tried all the things on another computer, and all the things above happened again.
does anyone know what is going on?

Try a reboot of your device (remove and replace the battery) if that doesn't work reinstall your desktop manager.
