I've had my phone for about 3 months now, and it bugs the hell out of me that it drops so many freakin' calls. My service is threw Sprint. My old phone was a piece of crap Sanyo but it never dropped calls...Is it the phone or what?

Secondly, I have the Y! Messenger, and it's so annoying that if I get 2+ IM's from people, it'll freeze...Is there anyway to prevent that?

I have a Sprint 7130e also for almost the same amount of time and don't experience dropped calls unless i'm in a basement where the reception may be poor. Do you look at the signal strength when you are on these calls? That may be what it is, just a bad spot for reception.
