Good day Guys/Gals

I work for a respectable company in South Africa as a It Manager. My Managing Director got a Blacberry 7200 a few days ago. I am trying to install the desktop manager onto is work PC, the instalation went fine and I have configured it to sync it with Microsoft Outlook 2003.

But whenever I try and run a sync I get a windows error. What exactly the error said I cant remember (will get screenshot later). This is the funny part, if I say "send error report" I get diverted to a link from microsoft where I am being told that microsoft are aware of the problem and they currently have no solution for it.

OS: Windows XP pro Service pack 2

you'd better use outlook 2000,that will be better.
and u also can follow these steps:
1.open Desktop Manager,connection is USB,
2.connet your BB with PC by using USB lines
3.get into Intellisync
4.find the button wiht PIM characters
5.you'll find your ms-outlook
6.back to Intellisync and put sync immediately.
7.finally, it's ok.
