Question Users unable to receive copy of forward mails on their Blackberry 8700G

Please Login to Remove!

Our exsiting Blackberry setup has a BES which is behind Raptor firewall 6.5. Port 3101 on this firewall has been enabled to connect to the Blackberry server. This setup has been working fine till last week, when users started complaining about their not receiving the forwarded copy of their mails to the Blackberry 8700G.
We had to create one more rule (exactly existing rule renamed) in the firewall to get the services working. This worked for 2 days till today when once again the firewall services had to be stopped / started to make the BES forward the mails to the 8700G (please note that all the other rules on firewall were working without any problem)
Any suggestions / feedback / solutions welcome.
