Auto read messages

Dear all,

In a BB 8700 in Spain (Movistar), when arrive a message "unread", after +-10 minutes the message automatically change is status to "read".

Please could you help me?

Does it change it's status to read, or does the light stop flashing red?

Firstable the message is not read; + or - 10 minutes later the message change the status read.
