Download and Install

I have tried several times to download and install programs on my 7130c. I simply cannot pull up the file through the Desktop Manager. If I look for the file with an .alx or .ali extension, it doesn't find them. If I view it as all files, it will find it but will not load it. However, I have no problem getting a file and installing OTA. Can someone help me? Thanks.

.all files won't work on you BB just the .alx through the DM. Do you have you current version of handheld software installed on your PC?

The version of Desktop Manager is 4.1.1.9 (Feb 24, 2006).
