OK this is what i would like to be able to do. I want to know if their is a program that i can type in on my desktop all my events and then senc my blackberry with it so i don't have to put them in one by one. If anyone has any ideas that would be great.

that's what a BB does best - you just need to use Outlook.

Outlook has a host of features that Outlook Express does not have, such as a calendar, a task list and notes. Each of those sync with a BB. You need Outlook! Try it, you'll like it.
