Default Firmware downgrade

Please Login to Remove!

Is it possible to downgrade the current firmware of my T-mobile 7100T (v.4.1.0.309)? I am unable to receive my corporate email via the BES since I upgraded. I searched the internet for an older version, but no luck.
Thanks in advance for any tips!

That won't help.
Contact your BES Admin; if you are on BES 3.6 you must start Desktop Manager and cradle/connect your BB. If you are on BES 4.0/4.1 you must redo the Enterprise Activation.

Our company is still on BES 3.6 and I've tried the whole re-sync with the usb cable. I regenerate an ecryption key, but no luck. HELP!

Have your BES Admin drop you and then readd you to the BES.
