Question synchronization error

Hi everyone,

i recently began having problems with my blackberry. when i try to synchronize it with my lotus notes cliet trough desktop manager 4.1. i receive an error saing that NSD Is Running. i can avoid the error by resetting PIM, but it works only once and after that the same thing accurs i've tried doing a clean reinstall of Desktop manager and that didnt help either.
Lotus notes we'r running is 6.5.4.

I have attached the log that is being generated. if anyone could help me out with it. Is it lotuses fault or is it blackberry itself ? and what are possible solutions.

I am almost certain it'sa lotus issue. A fresh install of Lotus should take care of this. Just make sure you have everything backed up from Lotus.

but would it be not working all the time ? including after resetting the PIM ? theres another guy in our office who had exactly the same problem, but after resetting the pim it works alright, i just checked with him and its doing what it supposed to
