Default HELP! Setting up Pop3 Mail for BB 8700g for T-Mobile

Ugh, I don't understand how this works!
Can soemone advise or point out where i can get info in this forum????

If you log into your My T-Mobile page and go to "Set Up Blackberry Internet Email" you should be able to add your POP3 account. I've done it for Optimum Online and email accounts with no problems.

You can also go in your BB browser, your should have a "Set-up Internet E-mail" bookmark, T-Mobile added it by default.

Select: E-Mail Accounts > Add an e-mail account and enter your email and password. That's it.

A new icon will appear on your blackberry in a few seconds.
