I have a quick question to ask and need some help here....

My BB8700c is on BIS and I configured three email accounts (1 yahoo, 1 bb, and 1 outlook web access account). I send emails using BB from time to time and want to have those emails sent from BB to be stored in Sent folder in Outlook during sync. How can I do this? The reconcile button is greyed out in desktop manager....thanks....

your 8700 will reconcile to your Outlook Web Access account only - if it doesn't reconcile from there to your Outlook talk to your IT department
