Wirelessly posted (BB 7100g: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry7100/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

That depends on the features you want/need. Personally, 7100g. All the features I want, I never really needed most of em, but now you can take them away when my corpse turns to dust. Plus a slim package so nobody stares at me like they do my wife, she has an 8700c

The 7290 is solid and its a lot easier to use qwerty than suretype in my opinion I have the 7290 I love it it all depends on what you want the screen is nice on the 7290 its not a bad phone the only difference is the 7100 is more of a phone
