Forwarding a received email to another email address in phone book

I know there has to be an easy way to do this.

I want to be able to forward an individual email message to another email address from my phone book without needing to type in the address. I want to just insert the email address from the phone book or at the very least copy and paste it so I don't have to type it in.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks,

Sky

You mean the Address Book? Yes, you can go in there and do a copy of the email address, then forward the message and paste in the address. If you have a few addresses to add, you can Alt-Esc between the apps.

But I'd think the easier way to do it is just to have a name associated with the address and punch in the name (or a portion of it).

Hope this answers the question...

Just select the email - open or closed - select forward from the menu and then click the address you want.

I see now how I can just type in the name or part of it.

that helps, even better would be able to just click the address from the address book. When I forward an email, no email list pops up to click on. How do you get the address to appear to be able to click on it?

Thanks

I don't think you can pop up the Address Book like that.

Skyman, what is your method for searching for the correct entry within the Address Book? With strategic use of the name and company name fields, the incremental search on them within email should do the trick...

thanks Paul, I'll need to check my method for naming.
