Outlook Notes no loading on 7100X handheld

I have recently changed from a 7100g to 7100X and can not get my Outlook Notes to transfer to the handheld from my desktop. It worked fine with the 7100g. Can anyone assist as I have searched the documentation but to no avail. I am on handheld version 4.1.0.292 (platform 1.8.0.144) desktop application loader 4.0.0.33. Thanks
