So a couple days after I got my 7130c on cingular, I wake up and I have 6 new messages (you know the little red envelope text and email ones) not voice mails. Thing is, there are only 5 in my box. Its been a week and I cant find the other message. It kind of bugs me out. Any hints what, where or how to get rid of it?

Check your Saved Messages maybe?

yeah, I checked saved messages, *NO SAVED MESSAGES*

I looked in all the message folders too...

take out the battery for about 15 seconds then put back in

The hard reset should solve it, but if it does not try this:
go to the "messages" - this is where all your emails are stored regardless of whatever account. Scroll to today's date and select "mark prior opened". This solved it for me even when I couldn't find any unread messages at all.
