Default Picture Mail

I have an 8700c. Unable to receive pictures on my device. People send me attachment photos and I cant open them up. There is no option to download attachments.

Gonna have to be more specific than that. Are you talking MMS? Because Cingular has disabled that. If you're talking about pictures in e-mails, try resending the service books. Can you get other attachments?

I had a major issue with attachments a while back, and the only solution was a wipe/reload with NO restoration of my backup. Everything works just fine now.

Like I said...gotta be a bit more specific. There might be solutions to your issue, but there will also be a lot of solutions that have nothing to do with your issue.

Im talking email attachments. I can not receive any attachments. I have no option to open attachments. Didnt quite understand what you meant by resending service books.

As Pizzle said, you need to be specific. What model Blackberry are you using? What carrier is your service with?
