How do I reset all my factory defaults on my 7290? Basically I want to get rid of all the user data on the Blackberry and start again from scratch...

Default

Go to your options and then click the scroll wheel down and click on "wipe handheld" This will take off everything except the OS and the applications.

If you want to take off everything else, you have to do so through your desktop manager.
