Been searching the forum for hours now...can't find right answer!

I received a very important PDF that I've been desperately waiting for.
Problem:
Using Redirector

Email with attachment was sent to blackberry. great
When I opened my Outlook to view the email, email was not there. (not the first time this happened)
I tried forwarding the email w/attchmnt to my outlook, email came through...no attachment.
Tried sending email from BB to BIS email address...but that just got forwarded back to my BB.
I can't seem to read emails on my BWC account anymore...I upgraded the web client and now after logging in I only get an account setup page.

I've been searching these forums for over an hour...someone put me out of my misery!!!

have you tried forwarding the email to another email account other then the BIS email address, like gmail or something?
can you view the PDF on the BlackBerry?

yes, i tried sending it back to my work email, no go. tried sending it to friend. didn't work either.

to what email addy was the email orginally sent? Can you access that email from a web based client?

I use Redirector also and the only way I can view attachments is by forwarding, from my BB, the email to my gmail account.

As I have my gmail account included in my email accounts on BIS 2, this email is then sent back to my BB. I then open the email and chose to receive the attachement. This way I can open Word and Excel documents. I haven't tried this with PDF documents.

[1] Check your security options in Outlook. [2] If your Outlook is on Exchange Server then check the Security Policy there by contacting the administrator. The answer problem is there somewhere.
