How do I stop the AIM oz app on my phone from sending me messages everytime someone messages me on my comp? I thought deleting the app would help but its still the same. I don't want it to eat up all my txts..

What exactly is the "AIM oz app" you are referring too? And you mentioned when someone IM's you on the computer they come through on your phone. You possibly have IM Forwarding setup through AOL on your PC please check those settings if you wish not to receive the messages on your phone. Or get Unlmited Text Messages added to your phone plan.

I don't want to use the program at all. Like I said before, I connected once though my phone. I do not use the forwarding for AIM mobile for the same reason as this. It's been disabled since I first tried it like 3 years ago. So does anyone know how I can stop this? or get another copy of the app?

How about just signing on to IM through the phone.

Clear out the password on whichever one you are using. Also make sure the Auto Signon is turned off.

When u sign on to the same screename from a computer and you are signed on on your BB too, the AOL System manager should pop up to say sign off other locations. Or just sign off from AIM on your BB. Problem solved.
