Is there any way to view the internet header off a blackberry?

I had a caustic email sen to my regular email account and then pushed to blackberry.

Is ther anyway to view the header? Outlook already deleted the email and I can't retrieve it.

Are you talking about 'headers' as in who it's from? If yes, scroll to the top, and you should be able to click on the thumbwheel and scroll down to show addresses, no?

Unless I've totally mis-understood - and believe me, that's possible...
