i am still a bit of a newbie

we are running ar server (copenhagen) and we are subscribed to enterprise edition here with a local mobile service provider (mobistar).

when i wipe the handheld and activate radio sygnal - automatically a browser window appears asking me to create account/ log in for internet. i do not do it, because i do not want it so I close the whole thing - but afterwards my enterpr activation option dissapears which is the main purpose of my unit use. why?

is it a mobile operator server issue or blackberry server issue? any advise would be welcome

If you just wiped your BlackBerry the Enterprise Activation icon should be there if the service provider allows it. Sounds like your service provider has your account provisioned incorrectly.
