I have a 8700c from cingular.

I receive emails from a couple companies that require a response. This response is in the form of 3 buttons that show up on my regular email on Outlook. On BB, I can see the names of the buttons but can't highlight them to "getlink". They are just plain text on BB.

Any ideas?

I've searched and can't seem to find the answer.

BlackBerry devices only display emails in plain text.

Ok, I found out I have the option of receiving these emails in plain text instead of HTML. Will that make the buttons show up as ordinary text links?

If so, it may solve my problem.
