Default Send from a different reply address

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I have multiple accounts set up on my blackberry and folders for each. All email goes to my mail blackberry folder. When I reply I'd like to be able to select different "reply to" addresses from my other accounts. Can this be done without have to go to the other account and send from there?

When you compose a new Email, at the top there should be a "Send Using" box, with "default" listed. All you have to do is scroll the trackwheel to highlight it, click, and choose "Change Option". You should see a list of all available accounts to use.

Hope this helps...

Nick

Still a bit confused here.

My Send Using options are [Default], Desktop and Mobile Email.

When composing, any of the above may initially be displayed, then they may or may not change once the recipient has been selected.

I don't seem to be able to set a permanent Send Using address in Options.

So, does the Send Using field always display the last used address, or is it determined some other way?

if your provider is using bis 2.0, you should be able to go into the advanced options>message service> choose default provider for the email you want to use as a permanent reply, but when you compose a new email you should have the option available to choose which address it is sent from if they are set up on your bis account
