Default Call forwarding stuck on 8700

Hi there,

I looked in the forums but couldn't find any specific answer to this question.
I have call forwarding set for unanswered calls (Busy, no answer, unreachable) all going to my Voice Mail.

How can I cancel this?

In the Forward Unanswered Calls, I tried changing the option to Do Not Forward for all three categories (Busy, no answer, unreachable) but the phone won't save it.
If I change only one category I would get an error message "Forwarding number ...... not set for if Busy/no answer/unreachable (depending on what i choose). Please check the number and try again"

sorry if this seems like a stupid question, but I tried everything I could think of and couldn't cancel it, can anyone provide any help on this?

I had a similar problem, and I called T-Mobile, and they re-set my call forewarding from their office. They thought I could have done it myself if I re-loaded the blackberry's software, but I didn't try that.

The carrier stores those options in their system not on the phone

The phone should show connecting to carrier, if not give them a call.
Cingular has had issues at times.
