We have 30+ Blackberry users using 7290's running making use of MS Exchange 2003 and are getting a problem where not all the calendar items entered in outlook are appearing on the device and vice versa. (synching wirelessly)

Its only a few (1 in 10) which are not working but we cannot see what the problem is.

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Check to see that the CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll files are the same or higher on the BES than on the Exchange server.

I have a feeling that the ones that don't work were the newer ones added to the BES. Copy the CDO.dll and MAPI32.dll files from the Exchange server to the BES (in the right spots of course).
