Might need to re-send the service books. And if you dont want to use Enterprise Activation hold down the Alt key and press in the track wheel at the same time and go to the Hide Application option.
EDIT:
You must have the Icon you are trying to hide selected.

You need a blackberry data plan for your device to run like it should. Theres no way around it just call your service provider, they should have a special section dedicated to BlackBerry support. I know Sprint/NEXTEL does. Hope this helps!

| Here's the number for Sprint's CDMA BB support:
1-877-654-9111
This should help also.

| If you are trying to send the service books to your Blackberry, and they never arrive, you may want to make sure that you have your PIN number setup correctly.
Wrong PIN # - no e-mail.

| Don't know if this will help, but it took about 24 hours for my browser icon to show up on my Sprint 7130e. Funny thing is, I was on the phone with support, well, actually on hold, when the icon just magically appeared. Maybe it just takes a while for the plan and device to register with each other. In any case, a call to Sprint wouldn't hurt. Good luck. | | Offline

Right when you get the BlackBerry set up and get all your e-mails configured and your service books sent you should be able to do everything right then and there. I really don't know that much about setting one up seeing as my Nextel Rep. set it up for me.

Provisioning should do it.
Options>Network>Click Wheel>Start provisioning

| I've had a few problems with this as well. I spoke with someone at Sprint that said it can take up to 24hrs for the entire sytem to recognize that you have a Blackberry with the Blackberry service. For future readers make sure that you are using the BLACKBERRY SERVICE PLAN and not the INTERNET SERVICE PLAN! They are two different items, currently cost the same amount, and you won't have the functionality the BB is known for with the wrong one. Second, after 24 hrs, and the account being correct, turn off the device. When you turn it on Provision it (using the directions that Calix provided). The Icon for the Browser will appear. If it doesn't you should be headed back to sprint for tech support (I reccomend going into a store at this point). | | Offline
