Question Full image shows just white screen and file name

Please Login to Remove!

I have tested with a number of jpg files and whenever I use the option "Full Image" it just shows a white screen and the filename at the top. One test file is 623*326 and 43KB. What I am hoping is that Full Image will show a picture I can save which will be the same size as the original and not a compressed version. So far I get smaller files saved in the image viewer than if I keep them in their original message. This then means I didn't get the enhance option from the image viewer since I guess it no longer has the larger file to provide any enhancement data?

Various other posts have touched on these issues but not sure if anyone has pulled it all together? Is there for example a magic file size bytes/dimension you shouldn't go over?

Nope, I got the same problem with the original 8700c software. After loading a newer OS the problem went away.

Could you please tell me what version of the OS you have? I only bought mine 2 weeks ago but I guess I could have an older OS if the device was manufactured some months back. Thanks for the post at least that gives me hope!
