Default BB 8700 can't synch totally

Please Login to Remove!
When I have 10 emails in my inbox in Outlook, I would like to have the save 10 emails on my BB. Hide Deleted message on my BB on turned on. I still have more emails on my BB. Thanks for any help.

Are you hiding Sent and Filed Messages? To check go to Messages > Options > General Options.
