Question 7250 - Can't open Browser

Hello, first post. I'm the Blackberry tech at work, and somebody has a problem that has me stumped. They have a 7250 with an Alltel plan, and it's the only one of its kind in our company.

A couple of weeks ago, his internet browser quit. The icon was there, it just wouldn't do anything. If you tried to open a link from an email, it wouldn't do anything.

Everything else was fine - it was still synched with the BES and the phone worked. I ended up wiping it and reactivating it. That fixed it for about a week.

The problem is back now. I went ahead and downloaded the latest 7250 software and I'm planning to reload that and reactivate.

Is there anything else I should do? Has anyone seen this problem before?
