Default Enable web browser

Hello ! Please i need help!
I use "T-Mobile Blackberry 7100t" and i need assistance for this message "Your device does not currently have any Browser Configuration Service Book Entries. Please contact your service provider to enable the Browser on your device.".
I cannot open my browser again, i don't know what's wrong!
I'm Frenchspeaker and i just try to speak and understand English.

You might just need to resend your service books to your Blackberry.

Go to and log in to your MyTMobile page. Go to support, click the link for setting up Blackberry internet email. One of the options will be to send service books.

No Service Book = No Browser.
