Exclamation Menu item lost

Please Login to Remove!

Just switched from my old 7100 to a new 7130 and lost the Email reconciliation option.
I have actually transferred the settings from the old to the new unit and realized I can not reconcile the messages.
Not sure what happened, I use one of the latest firmware, 351 from Rogers.
The unit is not Rogers, it is a Vodafone like my old, and looked unused.
Everything else works fine. However, I remember having seen on the BB-Rogers site (I use bwc) the reconcile option before but now it's gone.

Any ideas?!

Go to the Rogers BIS site and resend the service books.

Did several times and nothing...
There is nothing in the 'email reconciliation' menu, nada, empty.

Actually, I have a choice between desktop and web client; however, there is no way I can turn wireless reconciliation ON.

I have solved the issue calling Rogers support.
