Does this person operate this shop out of his garage or something? I ordered a 8700 USB Desktop Cradle yesterday. I entered my credit card info and a message shot back that my card was invalid. I used a second card, which was charged appropriately. However, when I checked the first card, i noticed it was charged as well.

I emailed them with no response!!

Very annoying.

I have not heard any complaints about Seidio previously. I would email or call them again and I am sure they will straighten out the situation.
