Can someone please tell me what could not open tunnel mean?

I want to install IM+ on my 8700c but it won't.

I have Cingular too BTW. If that matters.

Yes it does matter that you have cingular. Try this:

Go to Options->TCP
APN: wap.cingular
Username:
Password: CINGULAR1


Pay attention to what's in caps and what is not. Put exactly what i have here. When you are finished, take battery out...wait 60 seconds and put back in and it should work.
