I was looking in the phone options on my 8700g and saw call logging was turned off. I turned it on and got an envelope with a #5. I did some looking around and found out that means you have voicemail.So I called my VM, but the thing is I only had 1 VM, not 5. Even after I deleted it it still shows the envelope with a #5.

So how do I get rid of that?

That envelope with the 5 besides it means you have LOGGED calls, which in your phone log have not been "opened". Scroll through your phone log and you should find them.

Your voicemail indicator is instead a small icon of a tape, looks like a cassette tape.
