need help BB7290

i have a BB7290 can not load the ROM

i have already tried to set up a new ROM 351

but my BB can not link the device to set up the 351 ROM.

then i wipe the BB7290 . Screen :507 error

use the apploation load to load 351 ROM can catch the pin sometime,sometime cannot .

when beginning to loading the ROM ,the BB LED light turn on and turn off "one by one"

the end with the word destop manage :0x00000001 ERROR

please try again


BUT now i have already used this way about 30 times

remind can not do with such BB ERROR hard work .
