What carrier are you on? Generally if it doesn't ask you if you want to upgrade when you log in you are on 2.0.

When you sign on to your BIS site through cingular, can you see you email boxes? Meaning, can you go through your emails? or can you only see the email accounts?

If you can only see the accts, then you are 2.0...

I am on 1.8. If you want to know why read my Gmail/Yahoo tips page. Everytime I log in it asks to upgrade. If you are not seeing that you are on 2.0.

I can see and configure ONLY the email accounts, I can not see any email, that means I have Version 2.0 ?, thanks
