This is pretty horrible, having gone through 4 q's with data problems. Now they expect me to wait in my living room for them to call. I'm sure they'll call while I'm out at dinner or something. The problem sounds as if they do not have EVDO provisioned on your acct...Call them and tell them that...If they tell you that it's automatically there with the BB unlimited plan, DON'T BELIEVE THEM, because they are wrong...Tell them to delete your acct and re create it, then add the BB unlim and make sure EVDO provisioning is there...
and then re activate..
should do the trick
