I have just been given a 7103e Blackberry and have no idea how to send or receive a photo. My granddaughters have Bluetooth using Mobile 3 and they are having problems sending me photos as well. WE can "see" each other but can not receive or send. Is there a compatibility problem? Can someone PLEASE put me out of my misery. Thanks

Easy - you can not send or receive photos, files or any other data using the Bluetooth on a 7130. BT on a 7130 is limited to wireless headsets, a few BT keyboards and to sync PIM data from PCs and laptops that have BT.

You can not send data from another device to a 7130.

You could workaround the BlueTooth limitation by sending an MMS (picture message) or email. For email you'd need data service. I think you can send and receive MMS without data service.

The 7130e does not have MMS, only SMS.
