I am new to smart phones but I have been having a hell of a time trying to get voice tones or any music in general on my phone. I have a friend that has WMP on his smart phone and I cant seem to find a download that will work on my blackberry. Its a one up kinda thing so I cant ask him about it.

Am I missing somthing? I didnt ask about any of this when I got the phone because it had the highest price tag and I figured it would do it all.

I read the walk through on your forums but the software that I was instructed to use was greyed out and didnt allow me to follow the steps.

I have service with alltel if that helps any. I just got the phone last week so if its just how the phone is I need to know before the end of my return date.

Do you konw of any similar programs that will let me store alot of music or play them from a web page?
