Sprint 8703E: Music, Video?

Dioes the updated operating system on the Sprint 8703E allow music and video like the Pearl?

Music - Limited to ringtones like all the other 8700s.
Video - No, not without a 3rd party app that isn't worth the monthly fee.

funny, when i signed up they told me it was part of the voice & data bundle (streaming video). @#$ sprint.

considering the info i read on the chip in the 8703 it appears to be a software issue, but i'm not completely sure. maybe a bb guru could chime in here.
