Question Setting UP E-mail HELP !!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi I'm a 26 year old single male looking for Mrs right to take long walks on the beach with. LOL I'm brand spanking new to the world of blackberry. I just got it Saturday today I added the unlimited evrything throuth Cingular.
I'm doing pretty good getting all the stuff I wanted on it. I just have one questions for you Blackberry Pros.

My company has blackberyy enterprise but It's a big deal to get access to the internal system. Honestly I dont care less about the entire system all I want to do is be able to open mail and send mail also.

Is there a way I can just have access to the e-mail without installing anything on my work computer or having to use then enterprise stuff?

I can temeporaly install anything if I have to so I can activate the system but then I have to remove anything from my work computer.

Thank YOu

i had almost reported your post as SPAM to the admin. good thing you cleared it out quick

anyway, you need to have a BB data plan. since you will be accessing your company blackberry enterprise server, you need ot have the BES plan from your provider. after you add it in your acct, you should be able to set it up thru their BES page.

However, I know nothing about the BES and might some others would help. I only have the BIS plan so I setup my personal email (google and yahoo) on the BIS page so those email could be pushed to my BB as soon as I receive them.

It's either all or nothing. If you Enterprise Activate, you're going to get your e-mail, contact sync, calendar sync, etc. Assuming you're on BES 4-point-something-or-other, you'll probably be able to wirelessly do all that without having to install the Desktop Manager if you don't want to.
