| No... what safah stated is not neccessarily correct. Yes you could need a new phone, but it is unlikely.
Try these things in this order...
1- reset your phone by pulling the battery out and replacing WHILE your phone is on. Don't power off first. The look for your messages icon, it could be moved down the list somewhere.
2-If that does not work, resend the service books. Look under Options, Service Books, and see if the service book for your email service is listed. You may need to click on it and see if the ACCEPT option is available. If your service book IS listed there, you can always delete it, and reset your phone via the instructions above, and your provider should resend it. |
