Unhappy Rogers BIS issue

Please Login to Remove!

My BIS works fine....but when i receive long emails on my BB, and when i'm scrolling down, i get the following error:
"more request cannot be completed. Service book information not found"

and i get the same error when i try to ope attachments. I've already deleted the service book and tried sending it again..but no help..

I'm having the exact same issue with my Sprint-branded 7130e. I upgraded its firmware yesterday, but I'm not sure that had anything to do with it. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I've fixed my problem. Resending the service book did work. It just won't allow you to get "More" of the messages you have already received. However, this ability was restored for all messages received since I resent the service book.
