Default Sticker gone red! :(

Please Login to Remove!

I need this phone replaced... It was put together BAD (just got it from warranty replacement)

Bottom has an opening and it is not flush

My drink at the bar spilled and washed under it... NOTHING else got wet but the sticker (figures)

Works fine, no water damage, NOTHING.

Can i put a white sticker there? Or should i tell cust service there was no sticker? or say its white and send it back with no sticker there?

If i jumped in a pool or something i'd take full responsibility... but i planned on getting a new one before this happened.

EDIT: they didnt ask me about the sticker... should i send it back without the sticker on it?

Try being honest with them, just like you have here, and expect the best out of them. You may not get what you want, but at least you will have been honest about it and you can feel good that at least you did the right thing.

Sometimes circumstances just aren't in our favor, like spilling the drink even though you were going to replace it anyway. Its not your providers' fault the drink was spilled.

Hey, if 'Don't ask, Don't tell' is good enough for the military, it should also be good with your cellular carrier.

Just take the replacement, send them back the old one and hope that it ends there!
