Default 7130g Device Error: 360 Again after format

Please Login to Remove!

I tried numerous times trying to format this blackberry. at first it had the non stopping hourglass problem, then i formatted it and then i get the device error 360 (reset) showing. I click the wheel to reset but it comes back to the same screen. I also tried to format the Blackberry several times but it goes through the process and then the Device error comes up. Anyway we can fix this?

If your getting the error even after reloading the handheld software you have a bad device. Contact your service provider and get an exchange, assuming that it is still under warranty.
